WeWork South Africa Refund Policy
- Under the Consumer Protection Act, consumers have the right to a refund when they purchase goods or services that are defective or not of good quality. They also have the right to a refund when the goods or services were not delivered as promised or within a reasonable time frame. Additionally, consumers also have the right to a refund when they cancel a fixed-term contract within the cooling-off period, which is five business days after the contract was concluded, provided the consumer meets the criteria of qualification.
- Save for its obligations as prescribed under the Consumer Protection Act, WeWork South Africa has a no refund policy after a contract is concluded and all cancellations and/or refunds are to be dealt with in accordance with the terms and conditions of the specific contract entered into between WeWork South Africa and its members.
